Description Another work in progress shot while working on my Blitz zbrush model .

As you can see, the mesh starts out very simple. You essentially piece together rough shapes and subdivide them until they are fine enough to sculpt.

One particularly nice feature of zbrush is that you are able to switch instantly between a large library of 'materials' to work with. The default 'red wax' look we often see can actually be changed to anything from white statue marble to polished bronze or chrome. There is also a special feature which allows you to create your own materials by extracting the lighting conditions from a photo.

This particular one was captured from a real sculpting material known as 'Super Sculpy' =]

Heheh, it actually takes very little time to learn. The company's site provides all the tutorial videos you need to get started with the program. =]
