First of... 

Kirby could use the zipper to open it up and Kirby's mini rivals could walk towards the enemy and attack, just like with the Artist ability. 

And The Zipper could even be used as a whip, open doors etc. 

Possibly teleport from here to there by Zipping himself up and transporting himself from here to there. 

Perhaps from more.
