Chelly
She's a Rock Starian. She was adopted by Duke, the commander of Rock Star's Star Warrior Headquarters. Him being the commander, felt it was his duty to train her as a Star Warrior. She is now a skilled warrior, wielding her trade mark Wham Bam Hammer (it has a nice ring to it). She is second and command for Duke, and spends a lot of her time teaching and training younger warriors.

She likes training and teaching younger warriors, sparring, wrestling with Nruffs , eating spicy food, strong but sensitive men coughSwordcough, and Rock Star.

She dislikes waiting, strict orders, listening to most orders, people who put themselves down, colder regions, and Dark Matter.

She is pretty gruff and can be very mouthy, but is generally helpful to those in needs. She can be kind of strict when it comes to training her students. She is also very impulsive and goes into situations headfirst, which often endangers her and those around her. She is not good for missions that include stealth or infiltration.

She has a sister named Frillys, who is a fairy. The two are affiliated with Meta Knight and Kirby's star warrior squad, due to the squad helping them fight off Dark Matter.

Elle
She is one of Chelly's students and is like a little sister to Chelly. She looks up to Chelly and wants to use a hammer like her.

She likes Chelly, practicing with a hammer, running around, playing, and chatting with her sister Illa.

She dislikes not being able to play, being separated from Chelly, and is horrified of Dark Matter.

She's very eager and enthusiastic about pretty much everything and usually greets others with a very rough, but friendly handshake. She is still quite young, so she is not a very skilled fighter yet.

She also has a sister named Illa, who lives with Frillys. She is an ally of Kirby and co, like Chelly.

Phanto
A wandering ghost. He travels from planet to planet, with his little cousin, going to haunted places and scaring people. When he's not scaring people he works for the Star Warriors as a pretty skilled spy.

He is very smug, mysterious, and likes to make others angry by trolling or startling them. He is also quite playful, and loves hanging out with children.

He likes to scare and troll people, do his spying job, read comics, tell jokes, and basically just do things to laugh.

He dislikes serious situations, serious people, confrontation, too much light, and small spaces.

He pops into help Kirby and co when they least expect it, so generally he's an ally to them, and to Star Warriors in general.

Skater
He is a skilled, but young technician/engineer/scientist that works at one of the Star Warrior bases. He does a lot of work with things like star ships, computers, chemicals you name it. He is quite the nerd, but is also quite the skater boy, as his name implies. When he needs to battle, he uses a thing called a star-shooter, which is basically a gun that shoots stars. It paralyzes the foe, but nothing more, since he's usually in a lab.

Even though he is extremely smart, he can also be extremely unmotivated and takes long to do his work when he has to. He is generally serious, a bit arrogant, and shows slight disrespect to his higher-ups if they're unwilling to update their technology. He's pretty chill though.

He likes updating machines, listening to music, making serums, lazing around, and sassing people for their outdated equipment.

He dislikes being bothered in the middle of his work, people who are unwilling to update technology, and being bossed around.

He hangs out with Skider and Scooter, his closest friends, also his girlfriend Ellina. They are also skaters and Star Warriors. He helped update the Halberd's capabilities, Meta Knight preferring it to be the way it used to be.

Ellina
She is the girlfriend of Skater and a Star Warrior in training. Her weapon of choice is a boomerang. She is usually very cheerful, and loves Skater so much. She often smothers him with hugs and kisses. She is the typical girly girl, like make-up, clothes, you know the works.

Spike
He is a young Togezo who likes punk rock and being aggressive. He is a bully. Kirby encounters in a Star Warrior Training Camp he attended for a bit. He is in a band with Shyanney and Crash.

Minty
She is a young Beanbon who works at a herbshop with her grandma on Floria. She's usually very quiet and pretty shy, but she's very polite and friendly as well. She enjoys having herbal tea with her granny and occasionally with guests.

Bunny
She is a Polof who is close friends with Minty. The two are very close, like sisters. Bunny is also quite shy, but is actually adventurous.

Lola
She is a Cairn who loves a good beat. She is in a little music/dance group with a Chacha named Mambo. She is usually the beat maker, and makes beats by jumping and making her body clack together.

Shyanney
She is a Batty who likes punk rock, probably as much as Spike does. She's a bit nicer than Spike, and is pretty smart for her age. She is close to Spike and knows his insecurities and whatnot. She's sometimes nice, sometimes mean, and can seem a little two-faced.

Timber
He is a Punc that's a lumberjack-in-training. He mostly works with his dad in lumbering and that kind of stuff. He's pretty jolly and is often seen singing or humming. He's a bit dopey though.

Prince Pat
He is a prince in one of the countries on Aquarius. He is a spoiled brat and thinks he's higher than everyone else. He hates getting dirty and "peasants".

Scooter
One of Skater's friends. He is very chill and rarely gets mad. He likes to use his scooter to roll around. He sometimes helps in Skater's chemical related projects.

Skider
Skater's other friend. He is a Gim who loves fashion and machinery. He is very picky with clothes and stuff, and likes criticizing others choice of clothes and color choices. Even though he's into that kind of stuff, he also helps Skater with his technical stuff and machinery.

Dipper
A young ghost who is also Phanto's cousin. He's not so scary, and isn't really interested in scaring. He wants to become a magician and practices with all kinds of magic. He can conjure up small attack and defense spells, but they usually don't last too long. He's a bit of a scaredy cat and has no sense of direction. He gets lost a lot.

Moonette
She is a Moon Goddess. It's said that she helps with the creation, orbiting, and placement (like what planets they'll orbit). She uses this staff to channel her power to do so. If the staff gets taken from her, the moons all around the galaxy will either stop or just crash into the planets. She is generally very sweet, but a bit ditzy and can't really fight, so she often ends up as a damsel in distress.

Leilei
She is a Bobo who is skilled in fire dancing. She and her group are seen on the planet Hotbeat, performing dances to please the god, Photron . Her village worship that god. She's very soulful, and believes deeply in the god. She's generally a very nice gal though.

Merdeau
She is an Aqua Starian. She makes all kinds of jewelery with pearls, and it turned out at one point, one of the pearls she was going to use was a Pure Pearl, an item Kirby and co. needed. By ridding her planet of Dark Matter, she rewards them a pearl. She is very observant and silent.

Crash
He is a young Scarfy with a not so aggressive nature. It's unknown whether he can talk or not, and is often see hiding behind Shyanney. He doesn't really turn into the cyclops form often, as he is usually just very frightened of pretty much anything.

Eka
She is a Yariko from a tribe on Neo Star. When there was some Dark Matter trouble on her planet, Kirby and co encountered her. She was originally just a warrior from the tribe, but she ended up following them onto their ship.

Since she lived on Neo Star pretty much all her life, she's pretty wild and somewhat animal like. She is kinda gruff, roughhouses a lot, and can barely speak English at first (she later learns to speak better). When she's not acting like an ape, she can be pretty serious and observant. She is still learning about Pop Star and their customs, so she is also very curious.

She likes Mace Knight , fruits, raw meat, and climbing up/perching up on high places.

She dislikes loud noises, unknown people, and people getting near the rug she likes to sleep/lie down on.

She is a part of a tribe, like I said earlier, and followed Kirby and co. onto their ship. She pretty much just hangs around Mace though.

Waddle Lee
She's a traveling Waddle Dee cheer leader. She travels with her sister Waddle Luu, cheering on people whether they be doing some chores or fighting evil. She's the one who thinks up most of the cheers.

Waddle Luu
She's a traveling Waddle Doo cheer leader. She does pretty much the same as Lee, except she comes up with the acrobatics and dances.

Waddle Drew
He is a Waddle Doo detective. He tries very hard to aid people with their problems and what not, by giving little tidbits of info. Though he's very good at knowing what's going on and helping others, he can't seem to get his job right. He often fails his cases, due to someone else getting the spotlight before he can. He is a good sport though.

He is usually a jolly guy and is often seen wandering around with a magnifying glass searching for clues for his cases.

He likes giving tips, attempting to solve mysteries/cases, and his older brother

He dislikes crime, giving up, dust, pollen, and his allergies.

He is not really affiliated with anyone. He sometimes pops out of no where and gives Kirby and co. tips, but other than that he's mostly off on his own thing. He has an older, more competent brother named Isaac (Get it?).

Lily
A flower-puffball creature. He lives on Floria with his little brother, Daisy and his mom. He is usually pretty grumpy and sasses pretty much everyone. He is also very protective of Daisy.

Daisy
A flower-puffball creature. He lives on Floria with his older bro, Lily and his mom. Unlike his brother, he is very shy, a crybaby, and a mama's boy. He's quite young, so it's probably understandable.
