Hi! Ehmm that's a tough question indeed. If it were me,I would start out traditionally because that is for me the easiest and fastest way to improve the basics like anatomy and proportions etc. If I had to pick a course then I would think illustration or comics. Illustration would probably be easier because you'd focus on one illustration at a time probably learning about coloring, shading, composition, a lightsource etc. With comics you'll probably learn about writing a storyboard, dialogs, page layout and character dedigns. It depends on what you want to learn first.

Someone tells "an illustrator can always be a comic artist" others say vice versa.
I don't know what to believe.
I really like manga but I don't know if a comic cours is good as illustration, in drawings and painting skills improving.
Also, in comics course, ther will be 3 types:french comic, american comic and italian comic, but only the french one provide colors and few painting lessons.
I had to choose only 1, since I can't afford the 2 of them(illustration-comic).
I like to draw fan art and probably would like try painting, perhaps I'd like to create a manga or a comic on my own, would be awesome.

Then I'd recommend the illustration course. You'll just start out like a lot of artists. I for example haven't been to any course tho, but I started out with just the basics. With the basics of illustration you can always improve your skills with time and patience. I was able to make my own comic/doujins after by observing real manga and making notes about it. Some even have tutorials online of here on deviantart on how to draw comics or they just give tips to help you create your own manga. I think that'll be the best way for an artist to slowly develop their skills in everything
