The Pokemon can be caught pretty late in the game; I hope you'll manage to find it, though!

How adorable!! And this is kind of cool in that you drew its bottom half (true body) larger than the fake Pikachu-head--that's actually more realistic to how I imagine the Pokemon would be in real life (it would be tough to carry around such a heavy costume top all the time).
