Actually, the hat was bought like that. We found it at a thrift store for like a dollar. My sister and I went all "SCORE!" when we found it.

*laughs* I wouldn't exactly say I'm lucky when it comes to cosplaying - more often than not I find something perfect that I would have needed AFTER I need it. <__< Or before I need it and then when I do need it, they don't sell it anymore.

Lol, I only go to thrift stores for two things, clothes, (because they're warn in & comfy, & boyband merchandise, (I've gotten over half of my BsB & Nsync collection in a goodwill or such place. Those places are awesome, I usually go to costume stores right after haloween to buy cosplaying stuff, even if I don't think I need it right now. Usually, it's the 'oh, that's cool' reaction.
