We've known this woman for years now. Barbara Rudolph-Mandell lives in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with her husband Steve and son Sam. They usually come here for visits near Clearwater Beach. Sometimes she would give me Nestlé Smarties. Sometimes I wish I could visit Canada. I haven't been since I was a toddler.

Anyway, I thought she'd like so cute as a cartoon giraffe, so I based the design on the background characters from the 1997 animated feature Cats Don't Dance.
