As for hippos, they kill more people in Africa every year than crocodiles do!
And that's because they're so terriorial!
So Hippos and Squirrels are very intimidating animals!

However, he constantly becomes possesed by Ratatosk throughtout the game.
This is called Ratatosk mode, as dubbed by Colette.
That's why Emil's eye colour changed from red to green.
