they more than likely used silicone (just regular white) or REALLY softened white clay in a piping bag.

Muchas gacias!! este tutorial es de fimo, aunque yo utilizo mucho la porcelana fria (mucho mas que el fimo que es nuevo para mi). Lo que pongo en el medio es silicona para simular "crema". Espero sea de ayuda. Besos!
