DO NOT TURN MY BASES INTO SONIC BASES AND DO NOT POST AN EDIT OF THE BASE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
Using the base is FINE, that's what it's there for!
Base Rules:
1. All of my bases are free to use - no need to ask. (:
2. When you use one of my bases, be sure to credit me, no matter how much you may have edited the base.
3. Frankendolling is not allowed, though any changes to gender, eyes, etc. are welcomed.
4. Do your best work - no five minute jobs!
5. Be sure to take my user name off of the base - there's no need to leave it there.
6. Link back so that I can see it!

If you were simply confused then you should've asked maturely what "don't edit this base" means. It's not her fault you're ignorant on simple base terms.
To use the base for yourself is called "dolling". To "edit" a base means to fix the lines and anatomy then repost it as your base.

Also, many people who make original bases require people to ask. For me, it's because I've had so many people use my bases in the past who are just wannabe artists. They don't want to improve. Bases are like training wheels for drawing. It's how I started pixel art and I got better. A lot of people on deviantart don't care about getting better. Or other people prefer you to ask so they know who is actually going to be using the base.
