Description
Base Rules:1. All of my bases are free to use - no need to ask.
2. When you use one of my bases, be sure to credit me, no matter how much you may have edited the base.
3. Do not turn my base into a sonic style base, but if you want to turn it into your own sonic oc that's fine.
4. Frankendolling is not allowed, though any changes to gender, eyes, etc. are welcomed.
5. Do your best work - no five minute jobs!
6. Be sure to take my user name off of the base.
7. Link back so that I can see it!
8. If you want to make an edit of the base itself, please ask first.

Okay, I looked it up. But what's bad about it if you give credit to people for all the parts you use?

Because quite frankly, I don't want my bases to used like MMD models, for instants, which are essentially, bits of this and bits of that.
In a perfect world, maybe, but too often already people don't credit me for my bases, and it would be hard to find them and tell them to credit if they alter a base so much it's unrecognizable.
I try to minimize the chance that it will be stolen and go uncredited as much as possible, and also minimize the chance that frakendolling would keep me from being aware that someone used MYΒ base.
Plus, on a side note, most people who've tried it do a pretty poor job and I hate seeing my bases used badly as it is.

What if someone just used a one person base from someone and a one person base from someone else on the same canvas but they weren't touching each other. Like they wanted the two people to be in certain poses but couldn't find a two person base that looked right?

Uhm that's NOT frankdolling.
That's literally putting two bases together.
FRAKENDOLLING is making ONE BASE from MANY.
Like frankenstein's monster.
For example, it's pasting a leg from a different base onto someone else's base.
