Wheatkit loved to play-fight with the other kits in the nursery. Her mother, Flamewhisker, often had to pull her away from playing in order for her to rest or eat.
[Apprenticeship]
Wheatpaw loves to run in the dust and roll around in it. Other cats think she's overactive, and she argues with them over it. She starts competitions on who can find the most prey and often loses.
[Warrior]
Wheattail still gets in arguments with her clanmates over every little thing, whether it be the last prey on the fresh-kill pile or competitions while hunting. As she grew into a more experienced warrior, she learned to respect more, but still had friendly arguments. She admired Briarstar greatly and worked hard to be a loyal warrior under him. She aspires to be leader one day, but would never betray her clan.

When Wheattail became deputy, she worried about the fact of her leader dying in order for her to become the leader, but she enjoyed being in charge of placing cats in groups and ordering them around. She had to try and control her temper as for Briarstar not to choose another deputy in place of her. She led many patrols and grew steadily better at fighting, as she enjoyed the border patrols, but hunting still wasn't her strong suit. She made reckless decisions in the heat of argument at a border and had to learn from her mistakes. Being deputy had stressed her out a bit, and she hoped that becoming leader wouldn't be nearly as hard.

Wheatstar was understandably sad when Briarstar was discovered dead, but she couldn't be sad for long as her dream from since she was an apprentice had come true. She relies on her medicine cat for help in prophecies and making decisions with other clans since she doesn't get a good night sleep most nights, though she thinks Starclan would find a way to send her a message even if she doesn't sleep. She hopes to start a family one day but hopes that her role as a leader doesn't intimidate any cat and someone would still be willing to spend their life with her. She loves each and every member of her clan and constantly checks the nursery, much to the dismay of queens and kits currently living there. She is still training her apprentice Lightpaw, and is very proud of him. Wheatstar feels she may have been rushed into leadership a bit too early, as Briarstar had died unexpectedly, but she is still working on her anger problem and tries not to unnecessarily fight anyone.
