Well this pretty precise to what it is, i usually comment concept ideas, but I'm commeting this one, because I belive is one of your best works in techniques:
I don't feel there is any mistake in this draw, so I won't look for mistakes I don't feel. So, instead:
I love the hard shading, by the fact..
..you can still see so well the detail from the guns(in the shoulders and in the hands) to the end of the arms, and the front part of the face(xD couldn't find better way to describe it);

Is beyond awesome, because both shadows effects and details are in top-notch quality...
...and still you faded nothing but the most intimidating parts of the character(front of the face, wich make us imagine his killer expression witouth revealing it.. and then the arms who got the guns to knock everybody outccchhh!)
And I like the bot base of the draw, shading to white once again, I would say perfect finish!
