Description
I had never before wanted to make an Organization XIII character... but then I saw =Org-infinity . And was somehow strongly compelled to join. XD I just looked really fun! Sooo... this is Xiara. And her element is wishes. I hope it isn't taken yet...

Phew... I gotta stop drawing and stuff when I'm tired... But once I started I couldn't stop. And I somehow managed to finish this in light-speed. I'll go more in-depth with her character when I have more time and less sleepiness, haha.

Personality: Taking after the aspects her somebody’s personality, Xiara is a sweet, charming young girl. She acts childish and bubbly, yet is also pretty calm and very polite most of the time. Although she’s usually rather nice, she may be selfish or mischievous when upset. She also cries easily (although sometimes fakes it) and can switch from cheeriness to blunt seriousness relatively quickly. When alone or bored (or whenever she feels like it, really), she sometimes spaces out or has a blank expression on her face. As for taking orders, Xiara is an obedient girl who is eager to do her best when asked to do something.

Power: Xiara’s ability is granting wishes through the magical power of her star, although this is a bit more complicated than it may sound. Usually, stars will only grant the wishes of those wish pure hearts, and this may occur only once or twice. However, once Xiara became a Nobody, she was able to bend the rules a little bit. Now, she may grant the wishes of anyone as long as that person pays a price (usually one that is equal in value to the wish). At the same time, her power has its limits, as there are also some wishes that are too great for her power to grant or require too great a price. Xiara is also unable to grant her own wishes.

Weapon: Xiara possesses a magical star that she brought with her from the night sky. It basically just glows and floats around, although can be used as a free-moving long range weapon in battle (its points sharpen when used as a weapon) or as a transportation device for Xiara. It can become larger or smaller over a certain range of sizes. It can also use its magical energy to shoot light beams/projectiles or heal small wounds, although these abilities cannot be used if the star has granted a wish that day.
