WTF would he use miracle eyes anyway or just still have this thing into his moveset for that matter
the only use of this specie is to set reflect and light screen and to tank physical hit for Raichu, Scyther and Crabaracle in PU metagame and occasionally T-wave the opposing sweepers
If only it had recover or wish like any damn psychic type but no.. worst prankster ever..
