I'm writing a story/visual novel that will be sold/published.So they would be used like other companies use the characters in their stories. But if you're not comfortable with that. That's okay! I just ask before buying because I want to respect the artist's wishes.

Oh yes! But of course. I'm sorry I didn't mention this. Proper credit will be given wherever your design appears commercially. ( For example. If I drew a poster with it to sell. I would credit you for it ) And I won't be using the art itself commercially. Only the design. So you won't have to worry about that piece of artwork being monetized or anything like that. I only bought the design rights. Not the rights to the art. Thank you so much! What is your PP?

Oh most definitely. A lot of artists forget to include that in their TOS. And I never want to make an artist feel uncomfortable if that's not what they would like. It's much easier for both parties to be on the same page from the start. That way there is no money loss or complications. > < The money has been sent!
