Description
Before Harry, the Twins had found the Mirror of Erised. When they looked in it, they didn't see anything except themselves, so they just thought it was a mirror. When George found it after the war, he looked in it again, expecting to see himself. While he was gaunt and underfed, the man in the mirror wasn't. Then, his reflection looked towards the frame, and an identical man joined the man in the mirror. George saw his brother for the first time since his death, and he broke down.Related content

I'm an only child, yet I know twins tend to be closer than normal siblings most of the time, and Fred and George were a prime example of that. Fred's death was the one that hurt me the most in the whole saga, as he and George were my top favorites. It's hard for me tto think of them as separate chars, because they were always together, working as one, two halves that completed each other. Every time I remember, I catch myself thinking "WHY DIDN'T THAT ACCURSED EXPLOSION GET PERCY INSTEAD OF FRED?!" (Sorry to Percy fans out there, but after the way he acted towards his family, I would certainly have mourned him less than I did with Fred)

Seriously, I can't believe how he acted. I would have forgiven Percy if he at least had apologized to his family (and Harry) when the truth came into light, but not even that. He took way too long.
