Wyngro Design Concept for thank you so much friend! I hope this concept is a helpful stepping stone to a design you love!
Okay so the theme didn't give me too much of a direction for clothing but the hair I started with for the peacock look just sort of leant into the soft punkish look so I just rolled with it, but by all means hate it if it's not in character ahaha

Base: Full Freedom
Theme: Peacock and owl
Upgrades: Porcelain Face | Thumbs | Unusual Shaped Pupils | Brow Changer | Coloured Sclera | Coloured Tongue | Teeth | Cheek Fur | Prick Ears | Elegant Hair | Feather Antennae | Imp Armour | Imp Mane | Body Fur | Ori Legs | Thumbs | No Tail | Feather Butt | Gradient | Camo Markings | Band Markings | Pinstripe Markings | Stripe Markings | Rosette Markings

Unlimited Clothing: High collared jacket vest, simple tee under that and some long mustard-y pants with a 'belt' of leather straps a the wait. Plus leather bracelets and things at the wrist. Earthy colours since I think I read this guy likes plants and I guess the contrast in the personality and the presentation of clothing, hair, etc was a fun unexpected mix.
- Kept the pale colour for the porcelain face for the owl theme and so the face stands out
- But surrounded it with the darker colours of the peacock, speckled like those feathers that are almost like little scales with camo markings
- Prick ears are the closest to the little owl 'horn's on horned owls, but also they stand proud, aren't floppy and get in the way so I thought that worked for the peacock too
- Feather Antennae to add some stand out peacock eye feathers so even when the lower end isn't shown the theme is there so you know what's up with the hair
- Speaking of, mohawk hair is just a larger more showy version of the peacock crest thing (I dunno what it's called)
- After that, like I said above, it just turned into a soft punk look so I had the hair go down the back so it can lead into the tail
- The feather butt is playing as a tail here by removing the actual tail so it becomes a focus feature which is the whole point since its pretty key to the peacock look
- Blue belly gradiented along and with more camo scale feathers. The blue here is less royal blue taken straight from the bird so it works with the rest of the green and brown colours
- Of which the brown arms are from the barn owl so that the airs can play as the 'wings' with a feather lined edge to appear like a jacket sort of thing too
- Plated with some imp armour coloured like the larger almost scale like feathers at the base of the peacock tail
- Tough or legs, pale like feathered feet of some owls and capped with blue claws to give off the powerful talon look
- Hot damn the Fury Mark would work so well on this guy to get the black streaks by the peacocks eyes plus the punkish look
