Wyngro Design Concept for thank you so much friend! I hope this concept is a helpful stepping stone to a design you love!
Hope I didn't add too much colour for what you intended but it felt necessary to get the implication across of lava being involved. Also mostly kept to the upgrades already involved since they already did a good job with the dragon bat look

Base: Full Freedom
Theme: Volcanic magma streams drying and ash clouds, dragons and Bat Dad!
Upgrades: Wavy Antennae | Butt Wings | Elegant Hair | Unusual Shaped Pupils | Coloured Sclera | Brow Changer | Coloured Tongue | Forked Tongue | Teeth | Cheek Fur | Goatee | Coatala Ears | Tiny Webbed Arm Wings | Thumbs | Small Defined Claws | Ori Legs | Body Fur | Earth Spikes | Fluffy Limbs | Sleek Tail | Webbed Tail Tip | Webbed Back Wings | Deela Glands | Gradient | Sorrow Markings | Stripe Markings | Camo Markings | Spot Markings | Streak Markings | Prehistoric Markings

Unlimited Clothing: Wrap top over the shoulders that twist into a belt at the waist so that it works around all the wings in the way
- Went for an obvious magma coloured gradient along the belly for one main stream rolling down the form like it would a volcano, still dulled a bit as it's drying into a purple reflecting the night sky
- That same blue is used on a lot of the webbing as well, as well as the 'dried' magma drip spot markings on the body which all double as the 'so dark black it shine's blue' scales of a dark dragon body
- Ori legs for some toughness, claws tips white like ivory daggers
- The streak along the makes for an echo of the body colours
- As well as stripes on the shoulders on the darkened speckles stone for smaller lava streams dripping down into the body's patterns as it cools
- Prehistoric markings along the arms like the cracking breaking stone under the dulled magma
- Started the magma flow from the sorrow markings but they're not vital to the design
- The shiny blue used for night sky reflection in the other places for the sclera to help the eyes stand out
- Grey blue hair like puffy looking smoke clouds
- The wavy antennae a light grey like smaller streams of smoke
- For the Bat Dad look I didn't think the design needed much more added but I added some fur to the face with a goatee and the arm wings so there's at least a small reference to the webbing of a bat's wings
- Just overall a lot of webbing that adds spines to the silhouette with some fur patches to both help with the dragon and bat look
- Otherwise colours went into the volcano scene look, but if the warmer colours are too much lowering that saturation to near grey scale works too
