After climbing the buildings (which he shouldn't be), Cubby jumped down on Russel with reins and bit ready to go (he's going to jail), all while blowing his horn of war (Ocoralli Pipe) and getting the attention of everyone at the market (you're giving Dusty a heart attack).

Okay so I originally wanted to do an animation but I just don't have time to colour that many frames, so I had a go at a one-point perspective shot of Cubby getting ready to ride through the market on his steed. As if Russel would ever let that happen, besides the Mayor is standing in the way and does not approve.
Plus I just have this fun idea of a come and go market where some of the NPC's sell specific stuff only they'd have. Like Dusty can make some glue out of the leftover sap he gets and since he's out in the forest he might as well collect plants others may need.
I also wanted to see how many NPC characters I could include without crowding the image too much.
