It seems to me that Unova has THE largest Legendary population of any Region. And as of B2/W2, the largest population of Legendaries with alternative forms as well!

Hahaha don't worry about it. Well thundorus is in white version and when you get both thundurus and tornadus onto one game and go to the abundent shine with both of them and landorus will apper.
