Here is the concept design for ShortIsLove's OC, Katt. (She's still working on her last name.) She requested this a while back and its a bit overdue.

Fine, for the most part. Its freezing inside the dorms. brr. We have the air conditioning on, but its 64 degrees outside!!!! I can't wait for them to put on the heat, I can't believe it was 96 outside just a few days ago.

ah, well...here's her description.
she has dark skin, like Yoruichi, and limp white hair that goes down to her mid-back. her bangs hang in her face and almost completely cover her eyes. Her eyes are really wide, and the pupils are so big that her eyes look black, but the irises are really gray. she's sickly skinny, and she has bandages wrapped around her neck, upper arms, and thighs. all of her major veins and arteries have a bandage on them, because of her zanpaktou's ability. she's also missing her little toe on her right foot.

yep. my other OC is extremely peppy and sarcastic. total opposite to the one i just described. actually, the "Zombie" is a lot easier to talk to then my other OC...she hates everybody. ^.^

lol, yeah. all my OC are nuts, except my favorite one, who's kinda normal, but i use her for my muse so she can comment on the crazyness of my characters. ^.^
