Apparently someone who met the requirements for winning Galaco plans to crack/pocaloid/whatever her and put her up for everyone to have. That is probably why they want to deactivate her. A least thats what i heard

I dont really know why actually i heard its because of erros or viruses and now i hear about this

In really she had an error, my brother who winned Galaco have that problem, he fixed it but his voicebank will be deactivated, isn't for illegal downloads.
