One thing I always wondered about Fran was why she left the woods to begin with. Was it seeing the advancement of technology outside her home? Was there a specific traveler or story that piqued her curiosity? Was it seeing/sensing the growing tensions and battles slowly encroaching closer and closer to her home? Or maybe she was just bored.All we really know is she made the decision to leave (and as a result never return to) the woods and she was deeply against her sister following in her footsteps.
