:EDIT: Okay, it's nice and all that you guys like this. But if your going to comment, don't try to convince me that it is the bite of 87. I'm still looking how this game exist on the timeline and I rather do it myself. Until then, I'm standing by my theory until I can find something in the games that can convince me otherwise.
:EDIT2:( 2/9/15) I just watched MatPat FNAF4 theory. I don't always agree with Mat's theories, I do with the new one. At least someone of you will get off my back about this being the bit of 87. :>
Also I took out the explanation for this, since it is no longer needed.
Also, if you don't understand why the brother is there. Then do me a favor a look back at both night 5 and night 6 endings and only look at the colour of the text. That should help.

They look like they're teenagers, the kids Mr. Purple kills look to be around the little boy's age, so I doubt he killed them.

I don't recall there being anything in the game hinting that it's 1983. Not to mention in the site, Scott specifically hidden the numbers "87" in the site code. If this game was 83, then why would Scott put in 87?
Until there's actually some proof that the game is 83 and not 87, then I'm pretty sure that what we see at the end of night 5 is indeed the Bite of 87.

During one of the minigames (I can't remember which night off the top of my head.) if you hover your mouse over the tv, it'll turn on to say "Fredbear and Friends, 1983"
Also, if it was the bite of 87. It goes against the enitre timeline that Scott has shown us, which is a bit off even for him. The only way FNAF4 makes sense in terms of the timeline and everything else, is that this game took place before FNAF2, which as we all remember took place in 1987.

I was watching someone's let's play on YouTube and after one of the nights, during one of the "mini-games", they stopped in front of the TV and the year 1983 was shown after a bit of waiting. So I'm leaning more towards that being the year now, instead of 1987...
But then again, it could be wrong?

I was wondering who was saying what at the end. Sometimes the colour text can be confusing (I'm not colour blind) Its just when I watch other people, go through it, they don't stop and take their time to read, look and understand, they just keep clicking away like it was boreding stuff. (Yeah I know, I can pause the video, but, its hard to at time when "Ads" post up

Yes. In a lot of gameplays I watched, people quickly assumed that it was Fredbear who was saying sorry, but didn't notice the colour change of the text during the next line. Even the people who is known in the fandom to do theories about the games, that colour change went over their heads.Β
