I know the feeling, couldn't decide whether to put a jacket on because everyone else was wearing one, or to just enjoy the cold windy day as is. In the end I still can't decide, but I did find myself eating gelato outside (still in a T-shirt) while still trying to decide on the way home xD. But man is the cold so much nicer than the heat, if you get too cold you can just throw something extra on, but there's not much to be done when things are too hot :/
