something fit for the weather here in the country, in a decidedly manga-ish style (well, more than usual, at least)...

I love it but...I'm curious. Forgive me for asking but, is this by chance you TRYING to draw Orihime from Bleach(reference to her "I wish I could be like the rain" statement), messing up, and then turning it into someone somewhat different? It's the hairclip that makes me really suspecting of it. Anyways, great one, keep up the work.

This is so pretty! I love her expression and how you've depicted that rain isn't neccessarily a sad thing. The texture here is fabulous, especially how you've done the rain without it overwhelming the piece as a whole. The colors are so pretty and soothing.
