When you use certain effects, they won't work on the camera like this one, it only works on models. But don't worry because this is what you do..
1. Download the original file (bowlroll.net/file/14878 )
2. Download MikuMikuEffects (get it here learnmmd.com/downloads/ ), and make a folder called "MikuMikuEffects" in your MMD folder (it gives you easier access)
3. Read and follow the instructions in the ReadMe file included
4. Open MikuMikuDance, and load a model
5. If done correctly, there should be a little "MMEffect" button on the upper right corner. Click it, and select "Effect Mapping(M)"
6. When the new window opens, double click your model's name, go to the MikuMikuEffects folder (where the GreenerShader should've been extracted to)
7. Select the type of shader (the one whose folder was not written in English has more shaders btw), and it should appear on the model
If this did not work, then you probably messed up a step.

It may depend on the type of model... or if you're using MME and the accessory bar, because that may be you're problem.
I downloaded the original btw and it works for me (and I use the 32bit version). But if you did download the original, here's what to do...
1. Download the original file (bowlroll.net/file/14878 )
2. Download MikuMikuEffects (get it here learnmmd.com/downloads/ ), and make a folder called "MikuMikuEffects" in your MMD folder (it gives you easier access)

Yes, it's an fx file. fx file is for MME. Make sure you have the little button "MME" on top at the right of your MMD screen ! ^^
