EDIT 2/3/14- Any effects that are from skydrive are not downloadable anymore. I'm not sure whether it is an error on skydrive, or they have been deleted, but I'm trying to find out now. In the meantime, please search for other downloads
So I noticed there wasn't a list if effects that will work with low graphics cards or Windows XP/Vista, so I made one. If you know of any that can be added onto the list, please let me know

the reason the skydrive links don't work anymore is because skydrive is now defunct! sorry for the bad news but you'll likely need to find new links to them or reupload

/which file has the screen effect the one where a model is viewed on the video screen?

For the Tv or Screen to record your camera motions, you need to go to View and click Mode 1 or 2 near the bottom. That should work

Sorry if I bother you,but can you help me?
I'm trying to make run the "self effect"(self dark)in mmd(my mmd is v7.39 and mme v0.28)
When I put this effect an error message appears and it says "Error: some techniques cannot run on this hardware:FireParticleSystem".
Do you know what can I do?

Ugh, FireParticalSystem. This effect can play up a lot on computers. Because FireParticalSystem is a very high graphics effect, it doesn't work with anything under Windows 7, or with anything other than the best graphics cards. The only thing to fix this is to either buy a new computer/laptop with better graphics or Windows 7/8, or buy a new graphics card. They are very expensive though, so I suggest the latter. Hope this helps ^^

Unfortunately it is illegal for me to reupload an effect that already has a working link and has not been edited. And as I have a very strong connection with the effect maker (as most of my effects are edited from them) I could get in trouble and have them all taken down. Sorry :\

It can act as a contrast effect and makes the picture look smoother
