Just load the x file into the accessories box and turn on the black background :3

Mme is mikumikueffect, which is a plugin that lets you use effects in MMD. If you search for it on DA it'll direct you to the download :3

how to you put it INSIDE mmd, like... usually it should say inside mmd, on the side MikuMikuEffect, but it doesn't for me and I have downloaded, extracted. and everything peaple have said...
