Evolution isn't always progress. For example, Dinosaurs evolved into birds, insects used to be bigger than one's head, and apes have the strength to rip a "highly-evolved" human in half like a wet asswipe.

I like the concept but I perfer a more traditional godzilla this looks okay if its like a "powered up" version like meltdown you've done well to keep that "Godzilla" look and I LOVE what you did with the one where hes destroying everything "Godzilla-01" as a hardcore Godzilla fan that doesnt want to see another 1998 godzilla I say stick to the other one!

Actually, considering that Godzilla is originally a dinosaur, it only makes sense that due to his mutation from radiation that he might show traits associated with birds. Of course maybe I'm being a little too scientific here but its fun to speculate eh?

this is an awesome redesign of godzilla that shows root to the original design but you obviously use a more feathered reptilian as your bases. I do like the fact that you kept his spine color to a glowing blue much preferable than the white or red. though are the red lines and markings a sign of godzilla burning or just color variations from the feathers.

Very cool pic. I don't know if you know or not but someone has been putting this pic and another you did of Godzilla up on various sites and slapping the Legendary Pictures logo on them and posing them as official concept art for the new movie. Just wanted to let you know.
