Wooow, looks great Loving the anatomy too, you have a great eye for muscle placement. I love the way you draw paws too, and the face is very wolf-like, you can definitely tell it's a wolf and not just a dog
One thing I've never understood about alot of anthros though is... why do people give them digitrade hindquarters? The part that goes backwards and up in the air is the equivalent of the human heel, it doesn't make much sense for any humanoid biped to have raised ankles. That's like walking on tiptoes all day long 
It would put a heckuva lot of strain on the legs. I guess it makes more sense for creatures such as dinosaurs because their bodies are tilted forwards, so the weight is evened out all along the body and the tail, but for human-like creatures, all the weight is being forced directly downwards.
