YAY This, is a milestone in my animanga style drawing career
I must say, it is in my opinion my best CG EVER. I spent a lot of time on the sketch and poses, and tried a new kinda style too. This is for my friend's birthday actually, and she helped solidify the idea for the picture. ALSO this was very much the product of inspiration from the song "True Romance" by Lead. The Japanese text at the top right corner reads:
Tanjun na koto de hito wa shiawase ni nareruyo
boku ni totte sore wa
kimi no egao
Simple things make people happy
for me, that thing is
your smile
The sketch was done in pencil, coloring done in PS7. Notice how their hands are touching hahahaha. I KNOW that the girl's arm is a bit too skinny, and that the guy's mouth may be a tad too big, but I think the mouth (and the nose of the girl) is part of the style, not a glitch. Soo yeah haha. VERY PROUD of myself. And it was great hearing thanks from my friend
