All my recent art has been painted in OekakiBBS
But i also use MS paint && rarely photoshop.

Well OekakiBBS is kind of like the internet version of Photoshop/Paint.NET. You can get an account here: [link] then you'll get a link for your page in 1 or 2 days
It's limited though . . Like you can max create a painting at 400*400 pixel only. But it's super easy!
MS paint is the best > w >;;
