I worry about my mental stability after thinking this idea up...Yeah, it's just a "special" hoppip
Similar "style" to my Pichu one. Be prepared for a Wynaut one of a similar fashion, just scanned the sketch :'D
Just picture the hoppip shouting "HURRRRR" and it'll make a little bit more sense... just a little.
No shading either, because I cbf with photoshop, didn't want to use Sai so I could keep a tranpsarent background and I wanted the picture to be bold and lairy yano? x3
