My very first try at CG art ... I used a photo of one of the girls of Baby Vox, because my guy friends seem to be obsessed with them. I don't know which one it is, because they sort of all look the same to me.Its not that great, but I guess its alright, at best, for a first try, considering I was using Photoshop 6 and am using a laptop touch pad. The hair proved to be the most difficult, and looks wig-like, to me. Tips & tricks anyone?

lol imo the eyelashes are too opaque... hmmm in the upper right corner htere's this icon, click on it, then u will get somehtig drop down... then there's the brush size, and u can set "fade" under the drop down menu and change the steps etc... should help with the eyelashes...

I used that, but I think I set the fade too high and maybe should have used a smaller brush

Touch pad's really horrible to do things with.. especially stuff like this.. Anyway, Great job~! I believe.. I haven't watched you...?! o__o;; Since I didnt see this in the Messages area.. Anyway gonna watch you now..
