Description
Like every new character I create, I have no idea what I want to do with her as of now.

But as far as a storyline goes, basically she has a special power to make it rain. Unfortunately, a near-fatal head injury caused her to lose control of her power, therefore causing a heavy downpour wherever she goes. She can't stop it, so as one might expect, she can't stay in the same place for very long, otherwise she creates a flood.

Added the "mask" marking around her eyes, as shown in my later drawings of her. She's still missing her horns here, though.
