Well there is not much to teach. You just need to know some basics. A tutorial similar to this helped me when I wired my LEDs the first time.

All you need is
-LEDs of your choice
-wires
-matching resistors
-solder
-battery clips
-maybe switches if not included in the battery clip
And all it takes now is nothing I could explain well. It's just soldering all together. It's easier than it sounds and it works the same for eyes, claws, teeth or anything else you want to wire.
I got my gas mask from a gothic store in Germany and aded green foil and Green LEds by myself. There are LED masks to buy but I don't like their look

Yes and my mask and normally the claws too but I didn't have time for the LED wiring in the new paws yet, will be fixed in the next days^^
