I just realized something about Rainbow Quartz. She is not a complete fusion like Garnet. Judging by the eyes alone you can see that they did not fuse completely. If they did it would have been one pair of eyes with the pupils color being somewhere in between Rose Quartz' and Pearl's. Ruby and Sapphire when they are Garnet have blended eye color. Know what I mean?

Well, fusions usually gain body parts. Since Rainbow Quartz only has one pair of arms and legs, she should gain more eyes if nothing else.
