This is probably the fastest thing I've drawn in recent history, which is why it's absolute garbage but I still went through and colored it and posted.I keep saying I'm going to stop doing these crappy sketches and do something "pretty" but then I get these dumb ideas and feel like I have to do them. Ah well.

By the time the description got to the word 'pretty' in quotations, I could tell right away that you were most likely just being sarcastic back then. This is a very easy and simple-looking piece, but if you ask me, just because something was easy and simple to do doesn't automatically make it "bad" or low-quality. As long as it's fun and appealing to look at, along with an equally appealing idea presented, then it works!
And this definitely works!

This is an awesome picture! Just so you know, I attended a Brony convention a few months ago and took a copy of this picture with me to get signed by MichelleΒ Creber (VA for Apple Bloom) and Black Gryph0n. They both LOVED this picture and talked about how awesome it was for several minutes. In a way, Apple Bloom herself praised your art work!
