All around you-and within you-will be darkness, and you will forget where you came from, where you want to go, and why you are here. During these times, you may feel like you are punching blindly into nothingness... but even then... never stop fighting- because your will to go on is what makes you strong ♥️

I know that feeling, I had difficult times in my life. The love and support of my family carried me through this dark phases. And there was and still is something where I can completely forgeting my troubles and worries: Going to the mountains! No matter if it's hiking in summertime or skiing in winter. In face of those majestic giants which seems to stand for infinity (it's not so, I know, but I like the metapher) I find my equilibrium, be able to recharge my batteries, even if I am phisically tired and exhausted at the end of the day.

Gosh, I agree 100% with what you said about the mountains- natural wonders have a way of making everything else seem so much less important. All of life's stresses and mini dramas, they seem to go away when I can fully immerse myself in nature
