it's finally done!! dunno how many hours i spent on this, sure seems like a lot. siigh, i've been procrastinating so much lately, it's probably the season. all i wanna do is sleep.
oh yes it's completely made with a charcoal stick. all comments/critiques are welcome. please enjoy.. and happy early new year!

really great drawing. you should like the picture u used as reference (because that picture is in deviantart and it's not an stock) , if not maybe it will give you problems with the author. I don't remember his/her nick right now... ^____^

Man i want to wear this as a flag through the city, it's that good. Or as a t-shirt, would be less radical. Anyway... i like it very much, it has so much emotion.. the contrast is.. 
*the left eyelid looks as if the person was thoroughly beaten, guess a little shading at the end would have made it less visible.

nice work, though I have some problems with the lower face's left eyelid. It seems to be detached from the rest of the face's skin. If you are using a reference, it may be true on the photo that it is how it is depicted, but as the artist, sometimes you need to make artistical decision that might not hold true to your reference but makes the work look right.
