Bio:

Smiler was an orphan that lived with several kids. His school life was normal and he had a good amount of friends. He didn't have a really hard time growing up despite his physical deformities. When he turned 12 however he was taken in by a few government officials and kept in a deep dark cavern where he was attached to a chair. His captor, who was "named" Jack, tormented him and forced him to become a cannibal. He starved him for days then only presented him with human meat. He forced Smiler to forget his life before being reclaimed.

As Smiler's vitiligo spread the captor, Jack, began to pinch at pieces of Smiler's face where the black and the white met. He would pinch and pull until the skin stretch enough to create a flap, then he cut the flap off in order to sew the white part to the black part. This made it look like he had an enlarged smile stretching from his forehead on the left side to his forehead to the right. Then the captor nicknamed him 'The Smiler'.

By time Smiler turned 30 he managed to escape his bonds and attack his captor. He then ate him and took his name as Jack. He soon escaped the basement like place he was being held at and tried to merge into society. After attempting to assimilate back into the culture he was taken from he found he could not stomach normal food and soon turned back to eating humans. He was found one day by a Nurse he nicknamed Nurse Peach and from then on both he and her worked together in order to feed him.
