Cosplay - Tifa Lockhart - Final Fantasy VII 02
time for a new ID~ 
taken during Anime Expo 2011 (July 4th weekend 2011), stairs outside of the LA Convention Center by my hubby~ yeah... neither my Fairytail Erza nor Lucy costume was ready Orz... by the time of the convention, so i cosplayed Tifa again =v=; i swear i will have a new cosplay next year @^@; i have yet to find a good Tifa wig, so i didn't wear any =v=; my hair is too short...Related content

You're also not the 1st one I've said that to, you would be one of the few who actually responds though XD
But any who! I like that you incorporated the elbow guard into your cosplay, I've seen quite a number of Tifa cosplayers who would rather disregard it completely. Attention to detail goes a LONG way

I know there's not much you can do about your hair being short though, outside of wigs and extensions I mean.

... you know I've actually been inside the LA convention center before... though I would much rather have those days wiped from my memories than have to relive them XD
... and now I just reminded myself that I'm gonna have to drive all the way out to Beverly Hills tomorrow to do some work for Sundance... great...

Can I ask how you made the elbow metal-brace thing? I'm working on a Tifa cosplay and am so lost on how to do it....

it's made with clay and then coded with metalic paint. the cloth is attached with pins and super clue (lol)

Yeah, neither did I. I found the Phoenix Wright gathering, but that was about it. I just saw a couple random Clouds and a Yuffie somewhere xD

Yeah. Especially since most of them just kinda happen with no planning at all. It's just a bunch of people who happen to see other people cosplaying from the same show/game as them grabbing them and bringing them together. Or, at least, that's how I saw it xD

actually most cosplay gatherings has their schedule up in AX forum before the convention, but there are so many of them and a lot of them conflict with the main events... like the FFVII one confliced with Toshiyuki Morikawa's (Sephiroth's voice actor) QA session =v=;;; so it's like uhhh... hmmm which one do i go to... Sephiroth is only here this year @A@; but cosplay gathering's everywhere LOL... although i couldn't make it to the convention early enough that day to make it to either lllOrz :super fail:
