Yay! I managed to sketch this out, ink it, and color it all today! And finally there's a little color in my recent deviations. ^___^I would like to thank Takai, who didn't let me get lazy with the coloring when I wanted to just slap some flat skintones on it and be done with it... It turned out really good, and it only took half the time I thought it would. ^_^
You ever feel like you're just dying to get someone's attention?
I haven't done this in a while... I wonder if I'm even moderately accurate here.

Well, the process isn't instant- how much she grows depends greatly on the amount of water present, and the speed at which she grows depends on how big she is to begin with. It always takes a few minutes before the change is actually noticeable, so as long as she finishes her shower within five minutes, she won't have any trouble. However, any longer than that, and she'll have issues standing up straight. XD There's been one occasion where she took 10 minutes. o_o

I think the art work is UBER cute with teh colors. Since one one is going to say it cuz the comments were funny....you could always grab onto one of her two pillows while falling. >.> For safty reasons of course. I mean...dont want you to fall to much. Don't tell Taki I gave you that idea since im only an inch smaller than you cuz your older. xP Don't want to get cought at my size cuz i always get played with for being a catgirl. -_-

Witch is why you should always label all your flasks. Kodachii is kinda my master now because of some accident i dont want to talk about >.<...I walked into a summoning circle and fudged it up. So I try to be ninja still at my tiny size...not working to well. *nods*

I've learned the err of my ways. Bright colourful labels with clearly drawn pictures. XD And no re-using jelly jars... It may save a little money... But it causes too many miscommunications. XD

Well, not too much to talk about in this one but Iβll do my best. ^_^
I have to go on ahead and say right now, that this is amazing. The very first thing that catches my eye is the shading and shine on Takiβs hair; you did a really good job on her hair. Itβs quite detailed too. I also like that little boarder you put around the whole picture, it fits in really well. And you didnβt skip on the shading, even for a boarder.
Now moving on down the picture, the skin tone and shading on her body is fantastic. Iβve been trying to get proper skin tones recently and I was wondering what you use to shade your skin colors, Iβve been using brown, but I think there may be a better color to use, or does it depend on what you are using to color the paper with? Just wondering. Also good job on her body, she looks great.
Now onto you Chibi.
I dig the detail in the hair, it looks pretty good. Along with your facial expression, you look terrified. All the little details are nice too, going with the shading and what youβre doing, you play a good role in this picture.
Onto the Background
Yeah I see that there is no background, but the highlighting on the outline of Takiβs body really makes her shine, and looks fantastic. The only thing Iβm wondering is why there is a small highlight next to the boarder on the upper right side, it just seems like itβs by itself.
Final Verdict
This is a really good picture Chibi! I really like it.

Speaking of how you colored this picture, you did do it digitally right? Because I think all Iβll ever use is color pencil and watercolorβ¦ Yeah, I have a bad computer, and all I have is MS Paint

Yep, this was colored digitally... Honestly though, I find it a lot more impressive when people color it traditionally. It's got a certain finesses that I can't duplicate by pushing colors around on the computer
If you want a good paint tool for the computer, I would suggest trying Paintshop Pro 7, 8, or 9. At 10 it started getting fishy since Corel bought out the company and started making changes... Also, you can find this program called 'Open Canvas' online for free, it's a pretty handy program, especially if you have a wacom tablet. ^_^
I'll definitely let you know when I get it... I'm at a financial standstill right now so it'll have to wait a bit, but once I get it, I'll send you a note. ^_^ (Or write a journal, hehe)

Honestly? Well, I was drawing it, and naturally, I start by drawing the basic nude figure, and then add the clothes... And since I was having trouble, I kept pestering Takai for her opinion... And she told me to leave her shirtless. ^__^ So that was her choice.
