Sometimes, "Little Pink Houses" just won't do.
Really, I don't have much to comment on this one. I began it because I wanted to make a spiffy iPod background, but then after uploading it to my iPod, I realized because of the clock and the 'drag-to-unlock' thingy, a lot of the picture is covered up, so I would actually need something more square for that.
Mostly simple flat colors were used because I wanted something sharp and clean for the iPod.
I'll be back next week with the 1-panel comic I've been working on coloring today. (Yes, I said one-panel comic, and I know it's a contradiction in terms). The root canal went fine, even though my jaw still aches. Of course, Kawaii had to get her wisdom teeth taken out and completely steal my thunder. (I kid, I know you're in lots of pain. I'm sorry, here's pudding.)
To Takai: I love you, and I want to thank you for taking care of me! You're such a special person, and I know I don't always say it out loud: but you're the best part of my life. You inspire me to do everything I do, and I just hope that I can inspire and motivate you as you have for me.

I don't think there's anything I would want to animate. XD I would have to draw wayyy to many frames for that. Someday, you might see me upload animations to my site though. I did study a bit of it in college, and it's kind of sad that I haven't found a way to implement that knowledge here, yet.

I'll assume the doors big enough for her to get in, so could she be more comfortable if she sat up in the house with her legs sticking out the door, or is that no good?

Well, for as long as she decides to stay there, yes, she's stuck. She grew inside the building, and had gotten too big to fit through the door before she had the chance to escape. I don't think that will be a problem for long though, she's going to have to get out of there eventually, she may as well push out a wall and get comfortable. ^_^

This situation is so interesting. I was thinking about (of all things) how she would sleep. Would her head sag, or would she maybe move her arm and lean it on that? Looks like she has a little room to change position for sleeping, but not much.

I looked at the house and just assumed it was built strong. Not all things that are thin are weak. But if you say it's weak, you know, because you live there... for now... I hope you have someplace else you can move to...

Well, I just assumed- the walls end about where the edges of the picture do, and if you compare something that thin to the force available to person of Takai's size, they don't stand a chance.

I'm glad you like the varying line sizes! I spend a lot of time adjusting the line weight. Takai doesn't really notice a difference though, so I'm always glad when someone mentions it.

Well, that's no big surprise... it's the little things that make the pictures but most people tend to overlook those things not because it isn't there to them but because they haven't developed the eye for detail yet. It may also be that she's your complement; everything you are, she isn't. That's what I admire about my coupled friends.

We definitely complement each other. I think the biggest complement is our willingness to say what's on our minds. I'm very mild, and even a bit diplomatic with my word choice. I avoid conflicts. Takai, on the other hand, speaks her mind, and usually speaks my mind too.

Yeah I know how Kawaii feels. I got my wisdom teeth removed (all 4 of them) a while back, and it SUCKED. The first few days were crap...and the next few weeks sucked as bad because I was limited to what I could it.
Anyway, you might want to getting a new house...and fast.
