Sometimes, "Little Pink Houses" just won't do.
Really, I don't have much to comment on this one. I began it because I wanted to make a spiffy iPod background, but then after uploading it to my iPod, I realized because of the clock and the 'drag-to-unlock' thingy, a lot of the picture is covered up, so I would actually need something more square for that.
Mostly simple flat colors were used because I wanted something sharp and clean for the iPod.
I'll be back next week with the 1-panel comic I've been working on coloring today. (Yes, I said one-panel comic, and I know it's a contradiction in terms). The root canal went fine, even though my jaw still aches. Of course, Kawaii had to get her wisdom teeth taken out and completely steal my thunder. (I kid, I know you're in lots of pain. I'm sorry, here's pudding.)
To Takai: I love you, and I want to thank you for taking care of me! You're such a special person, and I know I don't always say it out loud: but you're the best part of my life. You inspire me to do everything I do, and I just hope that I can inspire and motivate you as you have for me.

I've seen plenty of folks who ignore reality.
Although it's hard to ignore Takai at any size.
You have a point though, he most likely really would not speak as much as blurt out random syllables.
He'd probably then be put into a long term psychiatric care facility.
....unless he was crushed to death as the house finally gave in, whilst Takai burst out of it.
But, of the two I like the former scenario better, though I'm not the one creating these works, lol.

Does not. >_> The root canal is because my wisdom tooth came in wrong and pushed up on a childhood filling long enough to cause a more serious cavity underneath it. XD

I didn't either... Then I finally started to, and then I stopped again. Now I've finally started again, and I've been actually doing very good about that the last couple of years... And NOW I have tooth problems after all this time. There's irony for ya. XD

I think a big part of it is having your teeth develop a shape where they can clean themselves while chewing (or at least that's what my dentist implied). That and the level of spit in your mouth. XD

I've normally been pretty dry-mouthed most of the time so I need to find more ways to the saliva to flow then.

I think the key was dental hygiene. We started because it somehow came about that I had just gotten my root canal, and then it went on from there.

Next week I'll be starting college on the 25th; I'm planning on becoming a great film director one day, but that day will be out of my reach for the time being.

I used to have a lot of dreams- I wanted to be a pilot, a drummer (lol), scientist... The list goes on. The dream that I followed through on though was Video Game Design.
The only advice I can offer you- hold onto your dreams, but be ready to see them in a new light. I went to college for Video Game Design. There were nothing but starry-eyed dreamers attending classes with me, but by the end of our schooling, we boiled down to two groups- the people who were willing to work to accomplish those dreams, and those that weren't. What you're planning ain't easy, but if you persevere, I'm sure you'll make it.

Like so far I have made little videos and what not so far so I have a basic understanding on how to set up shots and what not, but the problem that I'm having right now is finding a good enough story to hook people in. If I'm able to understand that better, I'm sure that I'll be able so well in this field.
Off chance, since you're into video game design, have you ever played or heard of Fallout 3?

I'm pretty sure she'll get uncomfortable and knock down a wall before she grows through the roof or anything.

I was very insistent that we be covered for that. Our agent didn't seem to understand the necessity of being covered for that category of disaster, but he sold it to us just the same. Sucker.

Thanks! It's really hard finding a way to show 'confined growth' like this, I finally gave up and decided you'd have to show a cutaway of the house in order for it to work.
I have two other examples like this that may eventually get finished, and I'll definitely draw more. It's one of my favorites.

Well as long as it can be saved as a jpeg, I can animate it, though I'm still working out bugs in the animation.... Of course now that I have access to AI I can touch up like I normally do and draw something for myself, but if you'd want me to animate anything I'm here XD
