I was drawing the other day with some good friends, and I ended up sketching Ultramare. If you haven't seen it yet, her ask blog has turned into a non-stop roller coaster of excitement and drama. (Warning: Start from the beginning . Don't even begin to look at the most recent posts if you haven't been following it.) I feel like this blog reawakened that feeling I got when I first watched Evangelion. That 'this-is-fun-and-really-good-but-oh-wait-it's-getting-serious-NOOOOOO' feeling. I'd highly recommend it to fans of ponies, Godzilla movies, and plot-driven Tumblr blogs alike.

So yeah. I hope you guys like it! Let me know if you have any critiques - I've been trying to do better with pony faces. The muzzle angles have always seemed odd to me, but I think I'm starting to get it down.
