Well, tonight I really wanted to upload something XD. I've been busting my butt on the art meme, and all the drawings are done!!! I just have to clean them up, scan them in, and do a little coloring- it's nothing fancy, just some very basic hues so you can tell what's what. XDOkay, this picture- a bored sketch from last week that I'm just now finally taking the time to scan in... and after coloring some other pictures tonight, how could I simply upload this in black and white?
It's set to the smallest size because the coloring is absolutely 100% half-assed (is that possible?). If you want to dispel the illusion and see this for the scrap it really is, click the download button ^_^
Eventually, I may clean this up. Either way, this sucker's bound for the scrap bin.

When I think of classy anime, I try to think of the few series that manage to be thought provoking without being too over-the-top. For example: If you haven't, I would definitely suggest the animes Mushishi, Kino's Journey (aka Kino no Tabi), and Shigofumi. All three are spectacular examples of anime that can dazzle you more with the intricate, beautifully woven stories that fill their episodes than with loud humor or shiny action sequences. (Not that I don't appreciate that as well. ^_^ )

Oh I know what you mean. By the way I only really watch an anime for the story, I'm not impressed by the action. I do enjoy a bit of popular anime. I personally prefer the odd storylines, though some anime have a good blend of both story and action like vision of esclaflone (probably spelt the last bit wrong).

It looks a bit rough as well, which is strange...almost pixalated or something. Never seen that in your art. Still, I'm sure with some clean up you'll make it another master piece.

It'll look good once it gets cleaned up, I'm sure. The scan for that one was hard, because there was a lot of smudging on the image. That explains the pixellation, since I try to remove most of the smudging digitally. Unfortunately, that can also do a number on the lineart. XD
