Yay a new water creature
This is Experiment 9. This creature escaped by using his electricity powers to shut down the power in the lab, then he escaped into the Deepest part of the Ocean he glows in the dark and usually stays alone in the darkness but doesn't seem to mind. He absolutely hates humans and sometimes will kill humans that come into his territory.I hope you like him :3
